This project includes a basement addition designed to create additional living space, incorporating a guest bedroom and a dedicated exercise room. A new exterior side staircase was added to provide direct access to the basement.
At the rear of the house, the existing deck was roofed and enclosed with perimeter screening, transforming it into a comfortable screened porch.
The exterior landscape was also refreshed with new lawn installation and updated plantings, enhancing the overall outdoor environment.
